Zenith Facilities Services specializes in commercial remedial trade solutions, working closely with project management and lending partners to help clients undertake critical building remediation projects. These range from leaky building repairs, high-rise refurbishments, and roof & gutter solutions to cost-effective balcony remediation.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Sales Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career or from a related industry (construction, facilities management, property management, or building maintenance) looking to step into a sales role with full training and mentoring provided.
Role Overview
As a Junior Sales Partner, you will be trained to develop business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the sales process for commercial remedial projects. You will work under the guidance of experienced sales and project management professionals while gaining hands-on industry knowledge and technical sales skills.
Key Responsibilities & How to Succeed
1. Learn to Identify and Generate Leads for Commercial Remedial Projects

Training Provided: You will be coached on how to identify buildings that require remedial work, using tools such as property maintenance records, networking events, and industry contacts.
β
Shadow experienced team members in client meetings to understand how to initiate conversations and present solutions.
β
Use LinkedIn and other industry platforms to start engaging with potential leads.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships
β
Work closely with property managers, body corporates, and facilities managers to understand their challenges.
β
Attend industry events and networking functions to expand your professional network.
β
Learn to follow up with potential clients consistently while building trust and credibility.
3. Develop Estimates Using QV Cost Estimator Data
β
Full training will be provided on using QV Cost Estimator to develop accurate project estimates.
β
Learn how to interpret cost data, compare with industry benchmarks, and prepare cost-effective solutions for clients.
β
Work with the in-house project and contracts teams to refine estimates.
4. Make Presentations to Potential Clients
β
Training provided on how to create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored to different client needs.
β
Learn to effectively communicate Zenithβs services using case studies, before-and-after photos, and testimonials.
β
Attend and co-present at networking events and meetings alongside senior team members.
5. Work Alongside Experienced Sales & Project Managers
β
You will be mentored by senior sales and project managers who will help you navigate the complexities of the industry.
β
Gain hands-on experience in preparing proposals, project planning, and client negotiations.
β
Receive step-by-step guidance on how to handle objections, close deals, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
6. Gain Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Suite
β
Learn how to use Xero for tracking invoices, managing client accounts, and financial reporting.
β
Become proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
β
Develop skills in Microsoft Outlook and OneDrive for organized client communication and project documentation.
7. Learn the Art of Negotiation and Closing Deals
β
You will observe and practice negotiation techniques used by experienced team members.
β
Learn how to position Zenithβs value proposition effectively to justify project costs.
β
Receive training on how to handle client objections and navigate contract terms.
8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Regulations
β
Regular industry training will be provided to keep you updated on council regulations, building codes, and remediation requirements.

Learn how to identify upcoming regulatory changes that may impact remedial projects.
β
Join industry groups and forums to stay informed on best practices.
