1. CLIENT ENGAGE ZENITH

Zenith engaged by client to provide an end-to-end remediation of the building. Zenith provide all consulting and trade services, including:

  • Contract Administration
  • Building Diagnostics
  • Design
  • Planning
  • End-to-End Construction

2. ZENITH DIAGNOSE BUILDING

Survey building condition under ASTM guidelines.

Carry out suitable AAMA testing (such as 511).

Document site findings and established causation, and report back to client.

3. DEVELOP REMEDIAL SOLUTIONS

Zenith will specify and scope fit for purpose remedial solutions for remediating defects, along with product recommendations, cost estimation and warranties available under the Building Act 2004.

4. ZENITH DESIGN & PLAN

In consultation with client, Zenith will further plan project including:

  • Procurement
  • Quality Assurance
  • Remedial Design
  • Health/Safety
  • Cost Control
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Risk Mitigation

5. ZENITH PERFORM SITE WORK

Zenith trade teams perform site work, where remedial solutions are brought to effect under one Main-Contracting umbrella. Where complete accountability and transparency is met in contract administration, design and workmanship.

6. ZENITH FINALISE COMPLIANCE

Finalise all requirements needed to obtain regulatory compliance, including:

  • Construction Documentation
  • Site Inspections
  • Producer Statements
  • Quality Assurance Admin

7. ZENITH FINAL REPORTING

Zenith to provide client with final reporting, including any maintenance planning and scheduling required for upholding validity of any warranties secured from product suppliers as well as warranties under Building Act 2004.
